What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We offer flexible MOQ to meet diverse procurement needs, from small-batch trial orders to large-scale wholesale orders. For long-term partners and bulk orders of core products, you can enjoy preferential MOQ policies and more competitive factory wholesale prices.

Do your products meet international quality standards?

Absolutely. All our core products, including automotive alternators, starters, power steering pumps, are manufactured in strict compliance with international automotive industry standards. We have a full-process rigorous quality inspection system, and each product undergoes professional performance, durability and safety tests before delivery. We can provide quality inspection reports, qualification certificates and customs clearance compliance documents as required.

What is the production and delivery lead time?

Conventional in-stock products: Shipment arranged within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation
Customized products and bulk orders: Production cycle is 15-30 working days (specifically determined by order quantity and process complexity), and we deliver on time strictly in accordance with the trade contract.

What international trade terms do you accept?

We accept mainstream international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, etc. We can negotiate and confirm the most suitable trade terms according to your logistics arrangement, customs clearance requirements and actual business situation.

What payment methods do you support for international trade?

We support secure and convenient international payment methods, mainly T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). For long-term cooperative customers with good qualifications, we can further negotiate flexible and favorable payment terms.

Can you provide samples for quality verification?

We can provide samples of core products such as alternators and starters for customers to test and verify quality. The sample fee and international freight shall be borne by the customer, which will be fully refunded or deducted from the payment when placing a formal bulk order.

How do you handle after-sales issues for international orders?

We provide comprehensive and professional after-sales service for all international orders. If there are non-human-induced product quality problems, we will verify the situation as soon as possible and provide effective solutions such as product replacement, return or compensation in accordance with international trade practices and contract agreements.

Do you offer customized packaging and brand logo services?

We support customized packaging, carton printing and exclusive brand logo customization for all auto parts products, to meet the personalized needs of customers for brand promotion and product sales in overseas markets.
